| 摘 要： | 以湖北省黄石市后河堤地区城市更新设计为例,讨论了城市废弃空间再生的相关议题,提出城市废弃空间的再生一方面应基于城市整体发展框架层面的考量,另一方面应立足于空间本身的价值挖掘,在此基础上寻求与废弃空间本身形态相适应的发展定位与策略,并积极运用城市设计的手段,最终实现空间复兴与城市整体品质的双赢。 |

| Abstract: | This paper,taking the regeneration project of Houhe Dam District,Huangshi City as an example,discusses key issues of regeneration of derelict urban spaces.Three aspects are emphasized, especially aiming at achieving both regeneration of derelict spaces and improvement of the quality of urban environment.Firstly,the regeneration of derelict spaces must be carried out according to the overall urban development framework.Secondly,the potential value of the derelict spaces should be examined carefully.Meanwhile the formulation of corresponding urban design strategies is need. |
