| 摘 要： | 全面质量管理是可持续发展思想的具体化、技术化。本文在对我国及广州市企事业单位实施全面质量管理的状况进行分析的基础上，指出目前事业单位推行全面质量管理存在的主要问题，提出建立全面质量管理，促进事业单位可持续发展的相应对策与建议。

| Abstract: | TQM is the technical, in detail way for the thought of continuous development. On the ground of the analysis upon the implementation of TQM in our country and municipal business department at present, this article points out the major problems that existing in TQM implementation, and offers the corresponding suggestions for properly establishing and implementing the TQM, thereby stimulates the continuous development in most business departments. |
