| 摘 要： | 围绕“南水北调”的宏略及北京城市新水系布局，提出当前要从城市规划发展到生态环境阶段的综合性城市中寻觅发展园林建设的契机，继承和发扬“引水贯都”的传统，形成贯穿和围绕相结合的城市水网，从根本上保证城市发展不摊大饼。同时指出，无论宏观、微观都要着意创造园林的中国特色和北京的地方风格。
