美国园林废弃物的处置及对我国的启示

针对我国园林废弃物日益增多而处置愈来愈难的现状,分别从以下几个方面系统地阐述了美国园林废弃物的处理处置方法:立法保障、激励政策、堆肥比例、构成和分类、收集方法、堆肥工艺参数(粒径大小、湿度、碳氮比和pH值等)的优化、产品质量标准以及应用的技术规范等。基于美国园林废弃物成功应用的经验并结合中国的国情,提出了适合我国城市园林废弃物处理处置的方法、技术规范和有利政策,旨在为国内园林废弃物的土地利用提供借鉴。

The Disposing of Green Waste in USA and the Inspiration for Its Utilization in China

In view of the difficulty of disposing the increasing green waste in China, the disposing method of green waste in USA is systematically introduced in this paper, including legislation, incentive policies, composting ratio, composting and classifying, collection methods, optimization of composting technology parameters just like particle size, humidity, Carbon and nitrogen ratio and pH value, product quality standards and the utilization criteria. According to the successful experiences of utilization of green waste in USA and the situation of China, disposing method, technology standards and available policies are proposed in order to improve the land utilization ratio of the green waste in China.
