| 摘 要： | 通过梳理东西方传统发展观的思想脉络，分析东西方文化差异对园林设计观的影响，以及不同文化背景下设计观的发展演变对当前园林设计的影响，结合当前我国园林设计观所存在的问题，提出确立新的设计哲学和设计文化价值内涵，实现设计价值观的转换，将环境伦理学和生态伦理学作为设计伦理基础，坚持可持续发展的设计观、适度设计原则和生态设计的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The principles thot new Iondscape design philosophy should be established and design value be transformed to environmental ethic ore put forward after analyzing the influence of different cultures of the east and the west on landscape design concept. And it would be meaningful to adhering sustainable design concept, appropriate design and ecological design in China. |
