清前期浙江总督李卫的杭州西湖治理与 公共游赏体系建设

清雍正年间杭州西湖曾有过一次大规模的整治,时任浙江总督的李卫是其间重要的主持者。他在西湖疏浚的基础上,修复并完善湖山内外大量的游赏景点,组建了一套以"西湖十八景"为核心的新的西湖公共游赏体系,推动了西湖公共园林的再度兴盛。基于历史记载,从建设者的角度,梳理李卫督浙时期的园林建设行为,并将这些建设点进行地理空间的定位,形象地反映当时公共游赏体系所覆盖的地域范围和建设过程。认为李卫的西湖公共游赏地建设表现出极力恢复往日名胜,积极开发新的游赏地,注重景点之间的联系,完善公共游赏体系,以及建立长效管理机制等特点。通过这一具体案例的研究,增加对中国古代城市公共园林建设的历史认识。

The West Lake Renovation and Public Tour System Construction by Zhejiang Governor Li Wei in the Early Qing Dynasty

There was a large-scale renovation of Hangzhou West Lake during the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty. Li Wei, then the governor of Zhejiang, was an important figure in charge. On the basis of dredging on the West Lake, he repaired and improved a large number of tourist attractions inside and outside the West Lake, and established a new West Lake public tour system with the "Eighteen Scenes of West Lake" as the core, and promoted the revival of public gardens in the West Lake. Based on historical records, from the perspective of builders, the construction behaviors of Li Wei''s supervision period are sorted out, and these construction sites in geospatial space are located to visually reflect the geographical coverage of the public travel system and the process of construction at that time. It is believed that the characteristics of Li Wei''s construction of the West Lake public recreation area are reflected in the efforts to restore the former scenic spots, actively developing new places to visit, paying attention to the links between the attractions, improving the public tour system, and establishing a long-term management mechanism. Through the study of this specific case, it aims to increase the historical understanding of the construction of public gardens in ancient cities in China.
