摘    要:以南昌市某公建为例,实地调研获取案例建筑的基本数据,基于e QUEST全能耗模拟软件以及新旧公建节能标准,对建筑能耗进行了模拟分析。结果表明,提高空调机组COP可以使建筑全年运行能耗满足新的国家标准,但对机组性能要求较高,初投资增加太大,应综合考虑将高效照明技术、新型围护结构与空调系统结合起来。

Abstract:A public building is chosen for field research, its basic data is obtained. Based on the eQUEST energy consumption simulation software and the building energy efficiency standards, the building energy consumption is simulated and analyzed. Results show that improving the property coefficient COP of air conditioner system can keep the building annual energy consumption meet the new national standard. But in this way it will need a high request to the air conditioning unit, and the increase of initial investment will be too large. It must combine with highly efficient illumination technology, retaining structure modifi-cation technology and HVAV system.
