寒冷地区住宅建筑复合应变界面设计研究

摘    要:寒冷地区的气候特征要求建筑外界面具有较强的适应性、应变性、选择透过性和层次复合性等气候过滤、缓冲特征。通过分析建筑复合界面的要素构成及采用的被动式设计策略,例如分区分层策略、封闭开放策略、适宜的被动式技术策略等,并结合南界面特征提出了一种新的复合应变界面模式,从而使住宅室内环境具有动态舒适、节能、灵活等特性。

Abstract:It is necessary that the outside interface of the building features for characteristics of adaptability, response, permselectivity and complex layers.By analyzing the different design elements and passive strategy, such as partitioning and layer strategy, close or open strategy, appropriate passive technology strategy, a new composite climate response interfaces is proposed based on these strategies and characteristic of south interface, to achieve the indoor energy efficiency, comfort and flexibility.
