摘    要:在搭建HVAC领域的空气焓差法实验室时,试验房间需要有可以控制的显热负荷和潜热负荷,来满足试验各种模拟负荷的需要。然而单纯的负荷发生只能提供热量,而无法得知提供热湿功率的大小。所以有必要对其提供的热湿负荷进行监测,以供试验研究参考使用。全面介绍了热湿负荷发生器原理、功率采集、负荷变化控制、负荷调试、采集控制过程等。经试验验证提出的构建方法,能较好并及时地提供所需负荷,但仍然存在延迟以及稳态误差等问题。

Principle and Construction of Heat and Humidity Load Generation System
Abstract:In constructing the lab for the air enthalpy difference method of HVAC, the experimental room needs to have the significant heat load and latent heat load which can be controlled to meet the need of the experiment. However, the load can provide heat only without the power for the heat and humidity. So it is necessary to monitor the heat and humidity load to provide reference for the experimental research. The principle of heat and humidity load generator, power acquisition, load changing control, load testing, acquisition and control process are introduced comprehensively. The experimental results show that the proposed method can provide a better and timely load, but there are still some problems such as delay and steady state error.
