| 摘 要： | 既有建筑节能改造前的基准线调查为建筑物节能改造的判定提供必要的基础数据,基准线查勘主要包括围护结构安全性、热工性能、气密性和单位建筑面积的耗热量等.通过对查勘结果的分析给出节能改造设计与施工的依据. |

| Abstract: | The baseline survey before energy-saving renovation of existing building provides the necessary basic data for the evaluation of building energy-saving renovation.Baseline survey includes safety of maintaining structure,thermal performance,air tightness and heat consumption of unit construction area and so on.The basis of energy-saving renovation design and construction can be gotten through the analysis on the result of the survey. |
