摘    要:金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)在保护电力系统安全运行上有十分重要的作用,准确监测其全电流尤其是阻性分量的变化对于MOA的安全可靠运行非常重要。传统的停电测试存在工作量大、实时性差等不足。通过实时在线监测MOA的全电流,从而为MOA的安全可靠运行提供依据,克服了传统方法的过程复杂、实时性差的缺点。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Metal oxide surge arresters(MOA) have an important role in protection of the safe operation of power systems accurate monitoring of its full current,especially the change of the resistive component is very important for the MOA safe and reliable operation.There are some insufficient of heavy workload,poor lack of real-time,etc.for the traditional test of the power outage.Through the full current real-time on-line monitoring on MOA to provide the basis for the MOA safe and reliable operation,which overcome the shortcomings of the traditional methods,such as complex process and bad real-time.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
