摘    要:测量交流泄漏电流及其阻性分量是带电测试MOA的主要方法。在条件允许情况下,也可借助红外测温手段。评价MOA的运行状况时,应充分考虑带电测试MOA的泄漏电流、红外测温及常规停电试验之间的内在联系,结合三者试验数据做出正确评价,也可采用横向和纵向测量结果比较法来评价。

Abstract:The main methods of MOA on-line detection include measuring AC leakage current and resistive current , The infrared heating detection method can also be used if the condition is permitted. By fully considering the relationship between the leakage current of MOA on-line detection, infrared heating detection and normal de-energized testing, conclusions should be made with these three groups of testing data when evaluation the working status of MOA. Transverse and longitudinal comparison topological of measurement results can also be used for this purpose.
