电瓷材料显微结构与力学性能的研究

摘    要:系统地研究了气孔率、晶相量和晶相种类对电瓷材料弯曲强度、冲击弯曲强度、断裂韧性、弹性常数的影响 ,结果表明 ,电瓷材料可以按脆性颗粒增强玻璃复合材料来处理。在此基础上建立了电瓷材料力学性能与显微结构因素的定量关系 ,揭示了电瓷材料的强度和断裂韧性与晶粒大小的关系存在相反的趋势。还研究了电瓷材料在静载和交变载荷下的疲劳现象 ,结果表明 ,电瓷材料存在疲劳现象和疲劳极限 ,动疲劳极限低于静弯曲强度的 70 % ;电瓷材料的静疲劳和动疲劳存在相似的关系

Abstract:The effect of porosity, amount and category of crystal of electrical porcelain on its bending and impact strength, breakage toughness and elastic module is systematically studied. The result shows that porcelain material can be treated as a glass matrix reinforced by brittle particles. On this basis the quantitative dependence of mechanical properties of electrical porcelain with its texture feature is built. A contrary tendency is discovered in dependence of strength and breakage toughness of porcelain material with its crystal grain size. The fatigue of porcelain materical under static and alternate stress is studied.The result shows that fatigue phenomena and its limit exist for electrical porcelain, while the dynamic fatigue limit being as low as 70% of static one. Similar corelation is essential also for static and dynamic fatigue of electrical porcelain material.
