宁德某110kV变电站接地网改造分析

摘    要:对宁德某110kV变电站原接地网腐蚀断裂、接地电阻超标等问题进行了分析,提出了接地改造目标。根据现场土壤电阻率等因素的测试和调查,结合规程和实际条件,选用了重新铺设站内接地网,做水平外引,施加GPF-94高效膨润土降阻防腐剂并利用自然接地体的降阻方案。新地网接地参数测量结果表明,接地电阻为0.55Ω,最大跨步电压为20.89 V,符合目标值0.68Ω、247.1V的要求。

Abstract:Through investigation on problems of corrosion and fracture of grounding grid,extra-high grounding resistance at a 110 kV substation in Ningde,target for grounding grid reconstruction is proposed.Based on site measurements of soil resistance specifications and site status,a proposal for reduction of grounding resistance is worked out in lading re-erection of grounding grid inside the substation with horizontal extension,application of GPF-94 bentonite-based resistance reducing and corrosion-resisting agent and utilization of natural grounding body.Measurement on grounding parameters of new grid shows the grounding resistance being 0.55 Ω,maximum step voltage being 20.89 V,which meet the requirements of 0.68 Ω and 247.1 V respectively.
