摘    要:深厚软土地区的小高层建筑,采用刚柔复合桩基的经济和社会效益明显。通过实例说明其设计方法和过程。综合考虑荷载水平、地质情况、基底土承载力、造价及挤土等因素,决定选用刚柔复合桩基。在分析柔性桩加固区承载力的基础上,提出了柔性桩长度由桩端处软土强度决定的设计标准。刚性桩长度在选择了合适持力层后由总沉降量控制。基于对比试验的结果,推荐采用密实性好的碎石、毛片石、砂混合垫层。

Abstract:Rigid-soft composite pile foundation can achieve great economical and social benefit when it is used in low-high-rise building in deep-soft soil area.A synthetic approach to design rigid-soft composite pile foundation is presented.Rigid-soft composite pile foundation is chosen according to some factors such as loading level,soil condition,ground bearing capacity,price and soil squeezing effect.The length of soft pile is decided by soft soil strength of soft pile tip in terms of analysis on bearing capacity of soft-pile.The length of rigid pile is determined by total settlement after specific bearing layer is chosen.Regarding comparison experiments on cushion materials and thicken,a better cushion consisted of mixed gravel,slabstone and sand is proposed in this project.
