楼板开大洞框支剪力墙结构动力特性研究

摘    要:以某高层商住楼结构为原型,建立了楼板开大洞的框支剪力墙结构空间有限元分析模型,研究了结构参数改变对其动力特性的影响。认为楼面开洞率不宜过大,在开洞的楼板间宜层层设置或隔层设置连接构件,并应设置落地核芯筒,以加强结构整体性。

Abstract:Based on a practical project,a 3D finite element model on the frame supported shear wall structure with big holes in upper floors is made.By changing some parameters of the original model,the influences of these parameters on dynamic characteristics are researched and the reasonable proposes on the design of this kind of structure are given.The analysis shows that holes ratio in one floor plane should not exceed 30%,and the link elements should be set at every one or two story and the core-tube should fall to the ground.
