摘    要:主要介绍上海世茂国际广场裙房改建设计思路及措施,并研究相邻结构消能减震加固设计方法。采取消能减震加固设计方法,通过更替部分主楼与裙房之间的阻尼器及在裙房内新增黏滞阻尼墙的做法,将减震后的结构地震响应降低至原设计地震响应水平,从而避免抗侧力构件的加固。针对阻尼器连接的相邻结构附加阻尼比无法估算的特点,提出相邻结构减震加固目标测算法,测算裙房的等效附加阻尼比。结果表明,减震分析得出阻尼器对裙房的减震效果明显,达到了减震间接加固的效果。

Abstract:The design ideas and measures for the remodeling of the podium in Shanghai Shimao International Plaza were mainly introduced,and the energy-dissipated strengthening design of adjacent structures was studied.The energy-dissipated strengthening design method was adopted by replacing the dampers between the main building and the podium and adding viscous damping walls in the podium.The seismic response of the structure after the energy dissipation was reduced to the original design seismic response level,thereby avoiding the strengthening of the lateral force-resisting members.The additional damping ratio of adjacent structures connected by the damper could not be estimated,so the measurement algorithm method was propose for energy dissipation target of the adjacent structures to calculate the equivalent additional damping ratio of the podium.The energy dissipation analysis shows that the damping effect of the damper in the podium is obvious,and the effect of energy dissipation is achieved as well as indirect strengthening.
