摘    要:由于钢结构厂房中围护墙不承重,在结构设计及施工过程中不被重视,且围护墙高度一般非常高,导致其容易出现稳定性问题。对某钢结构厂房砌体围护墙结构在施工过程中出现的因设计和施工原因造成的诸如围护墙体缺少侧向支撑、围护墙高厚比过大等安全隐患问题进行了分析,并针对这些问题提出了加固措施,解决了该钢结构厂房存在的安全隐患。最后,对厂房砌体围护墙结构的设计提出了建议,可为今后类似工程设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:Because the enclosure wall of steel structure factory building is not load-bearing, it is not taken seriously in the process of structural design and construction, and the height of the enclosure wall is usually very high, which causes it to be prone to the stability problem. The hidden safety problems of masonry enclosure wall structure of a steel structure factory building were analyzed , such as lack of lateral support of the enclosure wall and excessive height-thickness ratio of the enclosure wall, which were found in the construction process due to design and construction reasons. The reinforcement measures were put forward to solve these problems and the hidden safety problems existed in the steel structure factory building were solved. Finally , some suggestions were put forward for the design of the masonry enclosure wall structure of the factory building, which could be used as a reference for similar engineering design in the future.
