河北省第一届园林博览会主展馆性能化建造分析

性能化建造是一种区别于传统功能性建造的新兴建造概念,是实现性能化建筑的一种指导思想。结合河北省第一届园林博览会主展馆从生形到施工的整个建造过程,对性能化建造的具体内容和过程进行阐述,基于性能化建造平等联系的思想,充分激发建筑和环境的能动性,实现了一个闭环建造过程。主展馆采用了独特的双表皮结构,外层玻璃幕墙采用独特的钻石造型,内层建筑主体采用细胞形结构。本项目竣工8年后未发生任何结构性的破坏,并且仍作为石家庄市地标性建筑,展现出了性能化建造的优越性,为性能化建造理念提供了一个典型的范例。

Analysis on performance-based construction of main exhibition hall of the first Hebei Garden Expo

Performance-based construction is an emerging construction concept that is different from traditional functional construction, and is a guiding ideology for achieving performance-based construction. Combined with the entire construction process from the appearance to the construction of main exhibition hall of the first Hebei Garden Expo, the specific content and process of performance-based construction were explained, and the idea of equal connection in performance-based construction fully stimulated the initiative of the building and the environment, to implement a closed-loop construction process. The main exhibition hall used a unique dual-skin structure, the outer glass curtain wall used a unique diamond shape, and the inner building body used a cell-shaped structure. No structural damage occurred after 8 years of completion of the project, and it still served as a landmark building in Shijiazhuang, showing the superiority of performance-based construction and providing a typical example of performance-based construction concepts.
