预制式构造柱约束墙体抗震性能试验研究

摘    要:基于村镇砌体结构房屋的造价水平及施工条件,提出了2种预制式构造柱技术。进行了5个预制式构造柱约束墙体试件(3个预制式构造柱1约束墙和2个预制式构造柱2约束墙)的低周反复加载试验。对比分析了两种预制式构造柱与现浇构造柱在改善墙体破坏特征、滞回耗能特性、变形能力及刚度退化特征等方面的作用。试验结果表明,两种预制式构造柱可使墙体的裂缝发展更充分,能够提高墙体的耗能能力及变形能力,对刚度退化特征的影响不大。作为经济实用的构造柱技术,可在村镇建筑中使用。
