| 摘 要： | 柳州地王国际财富中心高303m,为钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构.针对工程的特点,重点探讨了结构布置、抗震设防性能目标、计算分析等.采用人行激励时程分析验算"钢梁+组合楼板"的竖向振动.通过静力弹塑性分析找出结构的薄弱部位,并采取针对性的抗震加强措施.
