| 摘 要： | 总结了结构减震控制技术在房屋加固改造中的研究及应用，包括隔震、耗能减震及吸振减 震等方法的原理和工程应用实例，并与传统加固改造方法作了对比，对采用结构减震控制技术作为 结构加固改造方法的前景作了展望，并提出结构加固改造技术今后应加强研究的若干问题。

| Abstract: | The current situation of the situation of the structure's retrofitting and adding stories are introduced,and the mechanisms and some applications of passive control to the upgrade and adding stories of existing structures are summarized,in- cluding seismic isolation,passive energy dissipation and energy absorption.A comparison between the traditional methods and the proposed ones is shown.Then the tendency and some problems to be researched more of this new technique are presented. |
