| 摘 要： | 用ＴＳＨ／ＦＴ４的对数／线性关系分析了２４５例临床甲亢甲减及亚临床甲亢甲减，探讨其对疾病的诊断演变及治疗监测评价。亚甲亢ＴＳＨ〈０．３ｍＵ／Ｌ，其中８９％〈０．０３ｍＵ／Ｌ与正常无重叠；ＦＴ４在正常范围内较对照组略高（Ｐ〈０．００１）。亚甲减ＴＳＨ〉５ｍＵ／Ｌ，平均为１３±６．５８ｍＵ／Ｌ；ＦＴ４在正常范围内较对照组略低（Ｐ〈０．００１）。ＴＳＨ／ＦＴ４的对数／线性关系图能清楚反映甲状腺各功能状态

| Abstract: | The Log/Linear relationship of serum TSH/FT4 was analyzed in 245 patients of hypo-and hyperthyroidism including subclinical cases.The serum TSH level was much lower(i.e.<0.3mU/L)and serum FT4 level was within normal limits in patients with subclinical hyperthyroidism.The serum TSH level elevated over 5mU/L and serum FT4 level was within normal limit in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.The TSH/FT4 Log/Linear relationship mapping can clearly reflect the area distribution of various functional status of different thyroid diseases.Besides,the characteristic manifestation of the subclinical thyroid diseases demonstrated that any subtle changes in serum FT4 level induced the amplified response in serum TSH level. |
