中国实验快堆工程项目建设的进度管理

中国实验快堆是国内首座快中子反应堆,是国家＂863＂高技术研究发展计划能源领域的重大工程项目。2011年7月21日,中国实验快堆实现并网发电,工程项目建设目标得以实现。作为大型复杂的核电工程项目,进度管理工作是其全部项目管理活动的重要组成部分,文章全面论述了中国实验快堆工程项目建设的进度管理活动。实践证明中国实验快堆工程项目建设进度管理工作的开展科学、规范、高效,对于今后大型快堆核电厂工程建设具有可利用价值,并可资相关领域工作人员进行参考。

Construction Schedule Management of China Experimental Fast Reactor

China Experimental Fast Reactor （CEFR） is the first Fast Reactor in China, which is one of large project of the National High Technology Research and Development Program （＂863＂ Program） . On 21st July 2011, CEFR had succeeded to connect to power grid, the target of construction had come true. To a large item, schedule management is one of the most important management, this paper gives a overall discussion about CEFR item. It has proved that the management of CEFR project is scientific, normative and high-effidency, it will be valuable for lager Fast Reactor item and designers in interrelated field.
