摘    要:以大功率专用变频器研制为背景,开展大功率整流装置软件算法的研究。采用电压空间矢量脉冲宽度调制(SVPWM)的控制方式实现整流,对整流器试验平台进行整体设计,从软件的角度对双环控制策略及三相软件锁相环(PLL)、解耦控制和启动冲击抑制等关键技术进行研究。在CCS5.1的平台上通过对主控芯片TMS320F28335编程,对整流器控制程序和控制算法进行设计验证。通过硬件试验平台进行调试试验,结果验证了软件控制程序的正确性,SVPWM整流器能达到预期的技术指标。

Abstract:This thesis is based on the development of high-power special frequency transformer. The software algorithm of high power rectifier is studied. The voltage space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control mode is determined to achieve the rectifier. In this thesis, the rectifier test platform is designed. From the point of view of software, the double loop control strategy, three-phase software phase-locked loop (PLL), decoupling control and start-up impulse suppression and other key technologies are studied and solutions are proposed. Using CCS5.1 software programming platform, the rectifier control program and control algorithm are designed and verified. Finally, the hardware test platform is built, and the debugging test is carried out to verify the correctness of the software control program. SVPWM rectifier has achieved the expected technical specifications.
