| 摘 要： | 设计了一种基于FPGA的TDC(Time Digital Converter)电路．目的在于研究一种可以在北京谱仪Ⅲ的主漂移室时间信息获取中使用的方案。对使用FPGA进行时间测量的方法进行了讨论，并给出了初步测试结果。
