摘    要:在对比分析小冲杆实验测量韧性金属材料等效断裂应变方法的基础上,选择利用Chakrabarty薄膜伸张模型,确定了与实验装置相关的等效断裂应变与小冲杆实验中心位移之间的二次函数关系,利用该函数关系计算了不同温度下国产A508-3钢的等效断裂应变。结果表明,等效断裂应变随温度降低而减小。讨论了等效断裂应变随温度变化的原因

Abstract:Based on the comparative analysis of calculating methods of fracture strain using small punch test, the Chakrabarty model was chosen to calculate the fracture strain. The relationship between the fracture strain and the central deflection was expressed as a quadratic polynomial function. The fracture strain of the domestic A508-3 steel was calculated at different temperatures by applying this function. The result indicates that the fracture strain decreases with the experiment temperature. The reason of the fracture strain changing with temperature was also discussed.
