模块式高温气冷堆超临界蒸汽发生器设计

摘    要:介绍了用于模块式高温气冷堆的超临界蒸汽发生器的设计参数,给出了传热管束的螺旋管结构设计方案和结构尺寸,并分析了其在超临界压力下的传热特性。经过热工水力分析计算,证明能够满足传热和水动力要求,且在设计工况下,不会发生传热恶化。

Abstract:The research concerns in the technical parameters of supercritical direct cur- rent steam generator used in modular high-temperature gas-cooled reactor(MHTR). The helical tube structure design concept and structure size of transfer heat tube bundle were provided,and the heat transfer characteristics of tube bundle at supercritical pres- sure were analysed.Based on the thermal-hydraulic analysis and calculation,the design is proved to meet the thermal and hydraulic requirements and not occur the heat transfer deterioration at the design condition.
