| 摘 要： | 根据模糊决策理论及其在非核领域中的应用,结合核事故应急决策支持系统应急决策的特点,探讨利用模糊决策的有关理论和方法,解决早期核应急决策中涉及的不确定因素的决策问题,以求使决策更趋科学化。介绍了核应急决策过程中隶属函数的确定,以及模糊决策的实施步骤,最后给出一个例题。

| Abstract: | The application of Fuzzy Decision Making theory in the nuclear emergency decision making are described and it is discussed that how to solve decision making problem of the uncertainties of efficiently in early nuclear emergency decision with Fuzzy Decision Making theory/methods and to find Membership Function. The procedure of the method is described and an illustrative example is presented. |
