摘    要:应用改装的ICPS—PGS2扫描直读光谱仪分析稀土生产过程中的稀土原料和工艺过程中的监控样品,具有干扰小,分析速度快等特点,分析结果能满足稀土生产过程的分析要求。

Abstract:A method with ICPS-PGS2 is developed for the analysis of the raw materials and processing control in the production of rare earth elements. ICPS-PGS2, a sequtential spectrometer, was reequipped with computer system based on the spectrograph (Ziess PGS2). And also the detall and concrete analytical procedure has been described and programmed in the software system of ICPS-PGS2. The analytical results show that the method with simple, rapid inexpensive and less interfering properies is sufficient for the requirement of the production.
