主蒸汽超级管道许可证模拟件制作的基本要求

主蒸汽超级管道是核电厂的重要核级设备,申请此类设备的厂家需完成模拟件的试制工作,但目前在国家核安全局发布的《民用核安全机械设备模拟件制作实施细则》中并没有针对主蒸汽超级管道模拟件的试制提出具体的要求.简要介绍了二代改进型核电厂主蒸汽超级管道的技术要求,并结合许可证的审查实践、对模拟件的型式选择、质量管理要求及在制作过程中工艺控制、检验和试验控制等方面给出了一些基本要求,可为主蒸汽超级管道制造许可证申请者及技术审查人员提供参考.

Basic Requirements for Main Stream Super Pipe in the Process of Application for Pipe-manufacturing License

As the main stream super pipe is one of important equipments in nuclear power plants, a pipe＇ s mockup must be made by the manufacturers to apply for a manufacturing license. However, there are no detailed requirements for fabricating the mockup in the regulations issued by National Nuclear Safety Administration. Combined with safety review practices, some technical requirements for the main stream super pipe used in improved Generation II nuclear power plants are introduced, and some basic requirements for choosing the type of the mockup, quality management, process control, detection and test control and so on are given in this paper so as to provide a reference for applicants and safety technical reviewers.
