| 摘 要： | 基因方法治疗脑胶质瘤已成为生物学领域研究的热点,而双基因结合治疗研究倍受关注。基因–放射联合成为脑胶质瘤治疗的新思路,它实施放射治疗和基因治疗联合的策略。本工作在综述脑胶质瘤基因治疗研究的基础上,重点阐述双基因与放射联合的特点及最新研究进展。

| Abstract: | Gene therapy for glioma is becoming more and more popular in the field of biology, and the double gene therapy has attracted much attention. In recent years, the gene-radiation therapy provides a novel possibility for better treatment of glioma, which combine the speciality of both radiation treatment and gene therapy. This review is aimed to summarize the gene therapy of glioma, especially the latest progress of combination of double gene delivery and radiation therapy. |
