摘    要:采用高温固相扩散法合成了La0.96 Tb0.01 Dy0.03BO3荧光粉,用X射线粉末衍射及光电子能谱法等研究了γ射线辐照对其发光性能的影响.氧化物中的Tb3+与Dy3+离子转变成硼酸盐形态后,其4d电子结合能发生变异,Tb3+、Dy3+离子4d电子结合能趋于一致.在1.5104Gy辐照时, La0.96 Tb0.01 Dy0.03BO3荧光粉的发光强度增至最大.γ射线辐照使La0.96 Tb0.01 Dy0.03BO3晶粒细化和Tb3+、Dy3+离子4d电子结合能峰面积改变,结合能峰面积的变化与辐照剂量对发光强度的影响结果是一致的.

Abstract:Lap_0.96 Tb_0.01 Dy_0.03 BO_3 luminophor is sythetized using high temperature solid phase. The luminesence of La_0.96 Tb_0.01 Dy_0.03 BO_3 by r-ray irradiation was briefly studied. Tb~3+. Dy~3+ 4d electron binding energy in La_0.96 Tb_0.01 Dy_0.03 BO_3 was close to 161.0eV, and Tb~3+. Dy~3+ 4d binding energy peak areas changed with tile change of irradiation doses. At 1.5 x 10~4Gy dose, La_O.96 Tb_0.01 Dy_0.03 BO_3 has the maxim value of luminous intensity.
