苯甲酮类光引发剂引发活性的研究

摘    要:利用N121型紫外光固化测试仪,研究了数种不同结构苯酮类光引发剂的引发活性以及三乙醇胺的增感效应,荧光黄的敏化效应等。结果表明:它们的引发活性都很高;三乙醇胺不仅对抽氢型光引发剂有增感作用,而且对光裂解型也有一定的增感作用;对含胺增感剂的引发体系,荧光黄的每化作用较弱,反之,则较明显。

Abstract:In this paper, the photochemical properties of some benzoyl Photoinitiators, e.g. HIPK, KIP-100 F, BP and ESACURE TZT were studied using the N 121 UV curing tester. The photoactivation of triethanol amine (TEA) and the sensitization of fluorescein were also studied. It was shown that their photo chemical reactivity is higher. the photoactivation of TEA upon them is greater, the sensitization of fluorescein upon KIP-100 F is larger than upon ESACURE TZT/TEA systems.
