摘    要:单电子还原电位是测定化合物亲电性的一项数值,通过脉冲辐解方法,在pH=7的缓冲溶液中进行测定(用E_7~1表示)。化合物的单电子还原电位负值的绝对值越小,其亲电性也越大,在绝大部份情况下,化合物的辐射致敏作用与其电子亲和性之间有一定的关系,因此可利用E_7~1值作为初步评价亲电性化合物的辐射致敏作用的指标之一。本文报道某些新的乏氧细胞辐射致敏剂——3—硝基—7—氮杂吲哚类化合物的单电子还原电位值

Abstract:One-electron reduction potential (E_7~1 ) is a measure of the electronaffinity of the compound by pulse radiolysis at PH 7. The less negative the E_7~1value, the greater is the electron affinity of the compound. Many studies supportedthat the electron affinity is related qualitativety to radiosensitization effectiveness.This paper describes the E_7~1 of some 3-nitro-7-azaindole derivatives.
