| 摘 要： | 随机选取84名核电厂操纵员,采用《防御方式问卷》法调查操纵员的心理防御方式特征。结果表明:(1)操纵员的成熟防御方式(DSQ因子二)均分最高。(2)与≤30岁年龄段相比,31～35岁及≥35岁年龄段操纵员采用成熟防御方式以及成熟防御方式中的升华差异显著;31～35岁年龄段操纵员采用成熟防御方式中的幽默最多,且差异显著。

| Abstract: | Eighty-four nuclear power plant manipulators were randomly selected to investigate the characteristics of their defence style using the Defence Style Questionnaire. It showed that 1) the mature defence style (DSQ factor 2) had the highest average score; 2) compared with the ≤ 30-year-old age group, manipulators ≥31-year-old prefered to the mature defense style and sublimation within it. Humor was most common in the age group of 31 to 35 who adopted mature defense, and the difference was significant. |
