摘    要:高压低温的工况环境会使天然气集输管道内形成水合物,造成管路堵塞等事故,为了抑制水合物的生成,一般向集输管道内注入醇类物质,常用的有甲醇等,合理的注醇量可以提高经济效益。众多学者对甲醇的合理注入量进行了许多理论研究,多数研究都是通过半经验公式预测计算处注醇量。根据某油田天然气处理厂的实际工艺流程,建立贴近于现场的模型,分别通过增加计算单元模块来分析进气量、环境温度、注醇位置对注醇量的影响情况,为实际生产中所需注入量的确定带来参考依据。模拟计算后可知,甲醇的加入可以适当的通过提高水露点来预防集输管线中水合物的产生;原料气的进气压力对注醇量的影响较小,而注醇量随着进气量的波动而变化幅度较大;相比于一次注醇的方式,采用二次注醇的方式可以让甲醇在管道内分散更均匀,进而提高抑制效果,减少甲醇的使用量。

Abstract:The high-pressure and low-temperature working environment will cause hydrates to form in the natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines,causing pipeline blockages and other accidents.In order to suppress the formation of hydrates,alcohols are generally injected into the gathering and transportation pipelines,and methanol is commonly used,which is reasonable.The amount of alcohol injection can improve economic benefits.Many scholars have conducted many theoretical studies on the reasonable amount of methanol injected,and most of the studies have used semi-empirical formulas to predict and calculate the amount of alcohol injected.Based on the actual process flow of an oil field,this paper establishes a model close to the site for the process in the purification plant,and analyzes the influence of the intake air volume,ambient temperature,and alcohol injection position on the alcohol injection volume by adding simulation unit modules.The determination of the required injection volume in production provides a reference basis.The simulation calculation shows that compared to the one-time injection of alcohol,the second injection of alcohol can make methanol more uniformly dispersed in the pipeline,thereby improving the suppression effect and reducing the amount of methanol used.
