摘    要:针对均聚聚丙烯1102K灰分偏高问题,分析了灰分的主要来源及理论计算值,论述了减少丙烯中杂质,加强丙烯精制以减少催化剂和三乙基铝用量,使用高效催化剂,提高单釜产量,用改性卤素吸收剂替代水合滑石粉DHT-4A等措施可降低产品的灰分。

Abstract:Based on the problem of high ash content in 1102K of polypropylene homopolymer,source of the ash and the theoretic calculation value were analyzed.To reduce the ash in the products followingmethods were implemented,impurities in the propylene decreased by refining perfectly,resulted in use level of catalyst and triethyl aluminum lessened,improvement of the production in single reactor resulted from efficient catalyst applied,and DHT-4A of hydrated talc substituted by modified halogen absorbent.
