摘    要:研究了在不加药和加药的条件下,不同Ca2+浓度和碱度对CaCO3垢沉积率和碳钢腐蚀速率的影响。实验结果表明,在Ca2+浓度和碱度这两个因素对CaCO3沉积及碳钢的腐蚀影响中,碱度为主要因素。在加药条件下,当Ca2+浓度和碱度小于400 mg/L时,对阻CaCO3垢率影响较小,而大于400 mg/L时,随着Ca2+浓度和碱度的增大,对阻CaCO3垢率影响较大且逐渐降低;碱度小于50 mg/L时,配方缓蚀效果差,大于50 mg/L时配方缓蚀效果好且波动小。

Abstract:It was investigated that CaCO3 scale deposition rate and the carbon steel corrosion rate influenced by alkalinities and concentrations of Ca2+ under the conditions of scale and corrosion inhibitor used or not.The results showed that in absence of scale and corrosion inhibitors,the alkalinity had a dominating effect on deposition of CaCO3 and corrosion of carbon steel.In the presence of inhibitors,the scale inhibition efficiency for CaCO3 was few reduction when the alkalinity and concentration of Ca2+ were less than 400 mg/L;the efficiency for CaCO3 reduced with increase of the concentrations,when more than 400 mg/L.The alkalinity was less than 50 mg/L,there was not distinct corrosion inhibiting efficiency,greater than 50 m/L,the corrosion inhibiting effect was favorable and stability.
