渤海井口平台标准化结构设计面压载荷法

摘    要:为解决标准化平台结构对于多种载荷的适应性问题,较为全面地总结国际项目经验,分析渤海在役平台基础数据,提出一种采用面压加载来等效替代不确定载荷的设计方法,着重介绍典型平台的面压加载,确定可用于渤海标准化平台结构的面压取值,并采用SACS软件校验面压加载方法对于典型平台的适用性,得到有意义的结果。该设计方法的提出推动了标准化结构设计进程。

Abstract:In order to make the standardized platform structure adapt to a variety of load distribution, the international project experience is summarized and the basic data of the platforms in service in Bohai Bay are studied comprehensively, and a design method using general pressure loading to replace the uncertain load equivalently is proposed. The general pressure loading of the typical platform is introduced emphatically. The general pressure for the design of wellhead platform structure of Bohai Bay Standardization Project is determined. SACS software is used to verify the applicability of the general pressure loading method for the typical platform. The meaningful results are gained. The proposal of the design method promotes the process of standardized structural design.
