摘    要:为降低导管架平台建造成本,采用将导管架平台载荷转移至隔水导管-水泥环-表层套管复合管柱结构的方式以提高导管架平台承载能力的方法。分析导管架平台与复合管柱结构相互作用的机理,并建立复合管柱结构与导管架平台刚性连接时的载荷转移效率计算模型及复合管柱结构极限承载力计算模型。以渤海典型六腿平台为例进行平台载荷转移分析,采用载荷转移方式在保证复合管柱结构强度和稳定性的前提下可将导管架平台12.5%的载荷转移至复合管柱结构且减少导管架平台桩管入泥深度,为导管架平台结构优化设计和简化施工提供理论指导。

Abstract:In order to reduce the construction cost of the jacket platform, a method of improving the carrying capacity of the jacket platform by transferring the load of the jacket platform to the composite pipe string structure of conductor-cement ring-surface casing is proposed. The interaction mechanism between the jacket platform and the composite pipe string structure is analyzed, and the load transfer efficiency calculation model when the composite pipe string structure and the jacket platform are rigidly connected and the ultimate bearing capacity calculation model of the composite pipe string structure are established. Taken the typical six legged platform in Bohai Sea as an example, the analysis shows that 12.5% of the load of the jacket platform is transferred to the composite pipe string structure and the depth of the jacket platform pile pipe into the mud is reduced by the load transfer method while the strength and stability of the composite pipe string structure are ensured. It provides theoretical guidance for the structural optimization design and simplified construction of the jacket platform.
