钻井平台高压管线的电弧喷涂防护研究

摘    要:为了提高深海钻井平台高压管线在海洋大气环境中的耐蚀性,以纯铝丝为喷涂材料,采用电弧喷涂的方法在钢基体上制备金属涂层,随后进行有机封孔处理,利用电化学阻抗谱测试结合盐雾腐蚀试验评价涂层的耐蚀性能,并与三种海洋专用有机防护涂层进行对比。结果发现,铝涂层的界面反应阻力虽然小于有机涂层包覆钢,但可有效阻止介质向钢基体的渗透。铝涂层因具有阴极保护作用,在有机涂层因涂覆质量或老化等原因局部失效后,仍能使钢基体得到完全保护。

Abstract:In order to improve the corrosion resistance of high-pressure pipeline in deepsea drilling,the paper analyses a kind of protective coating that aluminum wire,spraying materials, were sprayed to a steel substrate by arc spray technique.And it is compared with three kinds of marine-specific organic protective coatings by EIS.The results show that the aluminum coating can effectively prevent the corrosive medium from penetrating into the interface between the coating and steel substrate,even when the surface o...
