滩涂段废弃油气管道置换清洗及废液回收新工艺

结合渤西油气田登陆管道不停产改线项目,介绍了滩涂段废弃油气管道置换清洗及废液回收新工艺。该工艺将置换与物理清洗产生的废液,通过新工艺模块直接注入改线后的生产管线进入终端处理厂,化学清洗产生的废液现场用罐车收集后做单独处理,与传统的废弃管道置换清洗及废液回收方法相比,更安全环保,且成本低。

New Technique of Abandoned Oil and Gas Pipeline Clean and Waste Liquid Recycled on Beach Sect

According to the item of west Bohai oil gas field shore pipeline changed,this paper introduces a new technique of abandoned pipeline clean and waste liquid recycled.By the new technique,the waste liquid physically washed will be injected into the terminal disposal factory directly through a new line.And the waste liquid chemically washed will be collected into tank cars and treated separately.The result shows that the new technique is more safety and environmental.
