金属封隔器的试验研究

摘    要:为解决化学驱多层分注、套损后完井、低渗透油田分层注水中出现的问题,和外围不压井作业的需要及常规封隔器内通径小、耐温、耐压、耐腐蚀性能差等问题,我们进行了金属封隔器的研究。本文介绍了合金材料的性质,合金材料在社会发展中的重要地位,金属封隔器的冶炼工艺,金属封隔器的结构和工作原理,阐述了传统封隔器的的优缺点,金属封隔器的优点,重点论述了封隔器的密封性、解封及悬挂性能的研究,室内试验达到密封承压35MPa、悬挂力200KN、解封力180KN,基本满足现场需要。

THE RESEARCH ON (φ)90mm METAL PACKERS
Abstract:The successful research of metal packers can meet the demands of separate layer chemical - floodinginjection, well completion for casing damage wells, water injection in the low permeability reservoirs and uncontrolled well operations. It also may help avoid the problems that happened in the normal packers ?small inner diameter, poor resistance to temperature, pressure and corrosion. The paper presents both the alloy material' s performance, social use, smelting procedure and the metal packers' structure, principle, the traditional packers' advantages and disadvantages. The influence of sealing and releasing ability and hanging performance on the packers are the highlights of our discussion. The indoor test achieves the sealing pressure of 35Mpa, hanging force of 200KM, releasing force of 180KN. All performance can satisfy the field demand.
