稠油热采水平井生产测试技术

摘    要:介绍了一种适用于浅层稠油热采水平井生产测试技术。该技术采用特殊的井下测试仪器和井口密封装置,通过泵送仪器输送法在副管内将测试仪器输送到水平井段的预定位置,经过一定时间的热交换平衡后,可通过移动测井电缆逐点测试水平井段的温度变化,达到生产测井的目的。通过现场应用表明,该技术具有结构简单、施工操作方便、安全可靠及不停抽即可测试等优点,解决了浅层稠油热采水平井段生产参数难于测试的问题。

Abstract:This article presents a production testing technology applicable to horizontal wells with thermal recovery of heavy oil in shallow layers.Special units of bottom-hole testing tool and wellhead seal assembly are appalled with this technology,of which the bottom-hole testing tool can be delivered by pumping instrument delivery methods to the scheduled place in horizontal well section through the looped pipeline.When equilibrium is obtained after a certain period of heat exchange,the temperature variation of horizontal well sections can be tested out point by point by moving the logging cable,hence meeting the purpose of production test.This technology has been proved by field practice with the merits of simple structure,convenient operation,high security and reliability as well as non-stop pumping while testing,which ravels out the difficulty of testing production parameters in horizontal well sections with thermal recovery of heavy oil in shallow layers.
