金县1-1油田稠油结蜡修井技术探讨

摘    要:金县1-1油田原油主要包括重质原油和中轻质原油,重质原油产生的重组份沉积和中轻质产生的蜡沉积会导致井筒或地层堵塞,严重影响油井正常生产。针对金县1-1油田有机垢堵塞问题,逐步探索出热洗配合钢丝/连续油管清蜡技术、金县1-1专用修井液和空心杆电加热管柱工艺等系列关键技术,有效提高了该区块修井效率,恢复了油井正常产能。从2013年至2018年,这些关键技术先后在金县1-1油田进行了现场应用,现场应用结果表明,热洗技术投入产出比达到1∶8.9;三种技术可节约修井成本约1 100万元,经济效益显著。这些关键技术在金县1-1油田的成功应用,为渤海油田稠油井解除重组份堵塞难题提供了借鉴,为后期稠油区块开发生产提供实践指导。

The Research on Workover Technology of High Wax Content Heavy Oil in Jin Xian 1-1 Oilfield

Abstract:The crude oil of Jinxian 1-1 oilfield mainly includes heavy oil and medium-light oil. The recombinant deposition of heavy crude oil and the wax deposition of medium light crude oil will lead to the blockage of well bore or stratum and seriously affect the normal production of oil wells. In order to solve the problem of organic scale blocking in Jinxian 1-1 oilfield, a series of key technologies, such as dewaxing technology of hot-washing steel wire/continuous tubing, special workover fluid for Jinxian 1-1 and hollow rod electric heating pipe string technology were gradually discovered, which effectively improved the workover efficiency of this block and restored the normal productivity of oil well. From 2013 to 2018, these key technologies had been successfully applied in Jinxian 1-1 oilfield. The application results show that the input and output ratio of thermal washing technology reaches 1:8.9. The application of three kinds of technologies can save the cost of workover by about 11 million yuan, and the economic benefit is remarkable. The successful application of these key technologies in Jinxian 1-1 oilfield provides a reference for resolving the blockage problem of recombinant in bohai oilfield, and also affords us practical guidance for the development and production of heavy oil blocks.
