自升式钻井平台水下检验代替坞检实践与认识

摘    要:自升式钻井平台水下部分检验是船级社法定检验项目,在海上进行水下检验代替坞检,可以减少进坞费用,节约检验时间,是经济高效的检验方法。该文以“勘探六号”平台用水下检验代替坞检为例,阐述了“勘探六号”平台实施水下检验的程序,分析和总结了本次水下检验的经验和教训,提出了对今后类似平台进行水下检验的建议,可为今后类似海上装置进行水下检验作业提供借鉴。

Practice and Cognition of Under Water Inspection in Lieu of Drydocking for Jack-up

Abstract:According to the rules of Classification Society, the underwater inspection of the jack-up drilling platform is a statutory inspection item. Underwater inspection can replace the dock inspection, which can reduce the docking cost and save the inspection time. Therefor, it has high economic benefit and effectiveness. This paper introduces the practice of UWILD for Kantan 6, analyzes and summarizes the experiences and lessons. Finally, some opinions for the underwater inspection of similar platforms are proposed, and can provide reference for underwater inspection in the future.
