| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了80C196KC单片机性能特点，以VXI总线PCM测井模块为例，分析了单片机应用系统的组成、结构框图、汇编程序设计。在测试中接入模拟电缆和实际测井电缆，完成了和井下遥测仪器的联调配接。
