| 摘 要： | 进口天然气销售价格受消费者对天然气价格承受能力、替代能源价格和供需状况等因素影响。为研究引进天然气在国内天然气市场科学、可行的销售定价，指出销售引进天然气与国内天然气在成本与风险方面的不同特点，提出两种销售引进天然气定价原理（即从国内能源市场出发的定价原理和与引进天然气价格相关的定价原理），并依据定价原理设计3种现行天然气定价与暂定天然气价格定价公式，最后按照与国际能源市场相联系的方式选取4种原油作为天然气价格参考原油，利用与引进天然气相关的销售定价方法对1995～2000年的天然气购买和销售价格进行实例计算。

| Abstract: | The different features to sell imported gas and domestic gas are explained. The pricing principle for imported gas to sell is proposed. With the principle, the formulas are developed for the current pricing of 3 gases and the temporary pricing of gas. At last, the pricing method for imported gas to sell is used to calculate the gas selling prices from 1995 to 2000 with real cases. |
