天然气产能负荷因子研究

摘    要:中国石油天然气供应体系目前正处于形成和发展初期,储气库等配套设施不完善,季节性调峰以上游气田增产为主、供气不均匀性突出,用气高峰期天然气产量高于产能运行,不利于气田的科学开发。产能建设安排既要满足调峰生产和突发事件应急需要,又要考虑投资经济回报,因此科学合理产能负荷因子的研究尤为重要。通过分析国外开发历史数据及中国石油典型气区的供气特点,确定了中国石油天然气近期产能负荷因子应控制在0.8~0.9,各气区因不同的供气市场特点而有所差异。产能负荷因子作为确保生产系统安全平稳运行的一个关键指标,其研究成果在中国石油各气区的生产管理过程中已经得以推广应用。

Abstract:Since gas supply system of PetroChina is in the early stage of formation and development at present, matching equipments such as gas storage is not yet perfect, seasonal peak shaving is mainly to increase the production of upstream gas field, gas supply is uneven prominently and production in peak periods exceeds the effective productive capacity, which has bad effect on the scientific development of gas fields. Gas productivity construction should not only meet the demand of peak shaving production and sudden accidents but also consider economic return, so it is very important to study appropriate load factor of gas productivity. In this study, the historic exploitation data of foreign countries and the characteristic of PetroChina's typical gas supply area are analyzed to get the recent productivity load factor of PetroChina, the result indicates that this value should be controlled between 0.8 and 0.9 and it varies by different gas area for different gas supply market. As an important key index to keep production running in safe and smooth way, the result of productivity load factor has already been applied into each gas area of PetroChina in the process of its production and management.
